Not enough words to express how helpful and kind this team is. I have had my catalytic converter stolen twice in one year and they were able to help me out both times. Kathy and the crew made an incredibly unpleasant situation more manageable by being responsive and supportive. They helped with a separate issue that arose and even kept my car safe for 9 months while waiting for a replacement. You will not be disappointed working with these folks. Quality work by quality people, thank you for all that you do and for making a tough situation so easy.

I originally took my car to a shop where it sat for 47 days, only to be returned in worse condition than before. There were glass shards inside, the bumper was scratched, my convertible top wouldn’t work, and the car shook at high speeds, making weird popping noises. Even worse, they missed a broken transmission mount that was causing hard shifting and steering issues. Frustrated, I took my car to Auto Group Collision, and they immediately found the broken transmission mount the previous shop completely overlooked. Thanks to their thorough inspection and quality work, my car no longer shakes or makes weird noises, and it drives smoothly again. I’m so relieved they fixed the problems the first shop couldn’t! Highly recommend Auto Group Collision for doing the job right.

Had an accident in May where a shuttle bus backing into the spot next to mine at a hotel parking lot bent my bumper. This garage was one of the collision centers listed for me to go to through my Geico app. I picked it as there was a same day appointment available, but I'm so glad I did because I received nothing but quality service and an awesome repair job. Katherine was extreme informative and had great communication with me through the whole process and Dennis was sure to update everything about the OEM parts for my car with me. Will definitely recommend them and use them again if need be!

I was introduced to Auto Group Collision by a very good friend in 2019 and I must say they are the BEST by far. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, everyone takes great care of you. But I am 100% giving credit to the mechanics my car looks BRAND NEW EVERY time, you would NEVER tell if any work was done (Their work is immaculate).100% would recommend Auto Group Collision.
