Auto Analysis

I love this place, you drop your car off and they call you within 2 hours and it's done. I don't know how they are on really difficult repairs because I've never done that. The owner can is a nice guy And their prices including the hourly rate is really good. I'm reluctant to recommend this place because I don't want to get too busy when I need them.

Great personal service. Always discuss repairs with customer to ensure the customer knows what needs to be done. Fair pricing and timely service. Bill and Kim are friendly and professional. All my repairs have been done right the 1st time. Get there early because they get busy. If you come by, ask the customers there for their opinions. I'm sure you will be very impressed by what you hear. 5 stars is nowhere near enough for the staff at Auto Analysis.

I was referred here by a friend of mine. So happy to have found them. They were quick, fairly priced and friendly. Even found out the owners daughter goes to school with my daughters. First time i didn’t feel completely cheated leaving a mechanic. I’ll definitely be back.

The owner Lee is honest and doesn't overcharge which is very hard to find in the area of auto repair. As a woman I always hate to take my car into service because so many times I've been taken advantage of. I've never felt this way going to this place!!

I have been taking my car here for years even after moving to the other side of town. I’ve always trusted them with my car. Fast forward three months ago I went in for a simple oil change and then the very next day my car wouldn’t start. I called the shop and spoke to Lee and felt completely brushed off by his lack of concern for my vehicle and suggested I bring it in on Monday, four days later because they were closing early for the holiday weekend and that he wldnt be able to diagnose my car over the phone, which I wasn’t asking him to do. Wld have been nice to at least show some concern and suggest I bring it in that day regardless of if ur busy, closing early or whatever. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car prior to the oil change. Long story short, these people put the wrong type of oil in my car almost causing my engine to seize. Took weeks for this to be figured out. Like how does that even happen? How as professionals do you put the wrong oil in someone’s car??? Needless to say I will not be back because now I do not trust them to do anything with my car. Beware!
