Auto Aide Towing

Very impressed with the prompt service from this place. The tow truck was at my location 30 minutes early of the original estimated time. Alex was incredible and kept me updated. He is super knowledgeable and personable. Made the absolute best of a very difficult situation and had to work really hard to get my car out from where it was and onto his truck. He was super cautious during the whole process. He explained everything he was going to do and it worked out perfectly. Got my car safely to the Mercedes dealer. He went above and beyond. Thank you for everything Alex !

I cannot say enough about Mario! He went over and beyond to not only make sure my truck was safely secured but that I got safely home. When I shared my fear of the freeway he took the time to take another route so I would feel more comfortable. He even made sure to put my truck in my garage so it wouldn’t be out on the street. Although I hope it doesn’t, if my truck should ever need to be towed again I will be requesting Mario for sure!!! Very much recommend to anyone who needs a tow! Thanks Again Mario!!!
