Not thrilled with this establishment, overall it just reminds me why I can't trust a dealership. I called this morning the moment they opened up and notified the sales person I am out of state, I can bring my own financing to the table and cut a check and I would like a vehicle shipped to my home. Should be a pretty easy sale right, I'm confirmed, don't have to waste any time, price listed is ok-ish and I'm looking to begin the process of purchasing a vehicle, again easy enough, couldn't ask for a simpler sale......WRONG. when I called and went through all of this with the sales person he said he would call me back in an hour, (no call), I called and someone else said he was busy with a client and would pass my information along, another 3 hours go by and I call back now for the third time and was told the salesperson would call me back when they were around, end of the day comes and nobody responded or reached back out, no text, no communication, nothing. Guess nobody wanted to actually make a sale today and get numbers on the board.

I had a 10am appointment for the scheduled oil change maintenance on my 2020 Audi. I arrived later in the day, at 3pm thinking my car would be ready. First I was told it was “almost ready.” About an hour later, I was told there were “too many emergencies” that day and I should leave the car and they could do the work on Monday. As that was not convenient for me, the work was rescheduled for the next Friday. I live over 2 hours from this dealership, so this was not a simple matter of driving across town to return on a different day to keep an appointment that I had had for several weeks.

Terrible service, they are an audi dealership that does not even have Pirelli run-flat tires when they need to be replaced. They never have loaners available unless you want to neglect for vehicle for servers weeks. Had to wait almost a month to get my 1 year service on my Q7. All they produce is excuses. The customer is always wrong. I dread every time I need their services. I have 3 Audi's. 1 in Vermont and 2 in Fort Lauderdale at my other home. Audi in south Florida is amazing! They serve you from their coffee bar, they are courteous, always have loaners, return your car to you show room clean not dirty and smelling like their garage. My salesman was great but other than that your basically at their mercy and they have not idea how to run a service department and could care less about taking care of their customers.

We lease our 2019 Audi Q5 in our home state of NY, but are frequent visitors to VT. The one perpetual and annoying problem we've had since getting the car, is reconnecting our phones via Android Auto (mine) or Apple Car Play (my wife's), so I decided to give the Svc. Dept. a call yesterday in the hope that they might be willing to help. I was immediately put through to Anthony Alichwer in the Service Dept., who diagnosed the problem and helped me connect both phones in less than a minute and I'm happy to say we now have no problems using either phone. Our sincere thanks to Anthony for his kind assistance along with our high recommendation for this uncommonly friendly and professional Service Department.
