Each and every appointment that we have made at Attwood & Sons has been the most professional and positive experience in the auto repair businesses we have used in the AV. The office staff along with the mechanics are very polite and explain in detail all of the services necessary and performed. Never has there been any problems during or following the repairs performed on our vehicles. Although some of the staff and mechanics have retired there seems to be additional employees replacing the m and they too are held to high standards. What a nice experience for our family. We will continue to offer our business to this great shop!

I can’t tell you how pleased my wife and I are with Attwood and Son! We were traveling and my engine check engine light popped on Sunday evening and of course the next day was Veterans Day. Fortunately we stayed at the Residence Inn next door to the garage. With our fingers crossed, they were open on the holiday! Not only took my Jeep Wrangler in immediately diagnosed as a thermostat problem and going above and beyond the staff went and picked up the part to help expedite the repair. Not familiar with Lancaster and had no idea of who to call, Attwood and Son went above and beyond to help us out. If I could give them 10 stars I would…..thank you so much for helping a retired Deputy Fire Chief who was stranded out in Lancaster!!!

Took my vehicle here for brake job because it was close. They were very pleasant and professional they called about an hour later and explained what was needed and the price. Later when I came to pick my vehicle up the final price was about $100 less. I will definitely be back.

My friend was told her car needed work. As a young, single woman she decided to get a second opinion. Turns out there was nothing wrong with her car and Attwood & Son's charged her nothing to check it out. It's nice to know there are still some honest auto mechanics out there. Also the woman in the office was genuinely nice. I'll be taking my car there for my next oil change.

So far so good . I was referred to Atwood by family and friends and I’m glad I feel I found my go to mechanics the staff is so friendly and welcoming . I haven’t had a problem with their work or them finding “extra” things wrong . They have better pricing than the dealer and they get your car back to you in a timely manner .
