Hard to express our gratitude for Tim. We were referred to him after our 1994 Toyota Hiace van died and he did not hesitate to help. While our issue was not rare, the parts to resolve the issue were just that. Tim rose to the challenge that 4 other Flagstaff mechanics had declined and we were back on the road within 24 hours. Not only was he accommodating and attentive, his knowledge and patience turned a difficult situation into a memorable one. Thank you, Tim!

Called and spoke to Tim at Aspen Auto and he helped me do a simple diagnostic over the phone. He was so nice and friendly and gave me some advice on how to potentially fix my car myself. I am going to do what he says and let you know if it works! I would totally bring my car to him rather than Jim Babbitt Ford, who was anything but helpful. Thanks!

I really don't know where to start when it come to how great Tim at aspen auto electric is. I have a 96 B2500 ram van an last year I had the transmission replaced while i was working in Florida. This past January when i want back to Florida again the local aamco I originally had the work done had closed so I took it to the aamco in Apopka,FL because it was have issues shifting. They told me that would replace the transmission since it was under warranty still. That didn't fix it so they told me to take it to the dealership because it was having electrical problems. I did. The dealership didn't seem to want to fix it for me an just told me it was a transmission problem. It was Turning into a big headache an alotta running around to try to get someone to fix it for me. Needless to say I made it back to Az. I took it to Tim at aspen an explained what i want through. He kept my van for a couple days an fixed it for me!! Yay!! I would highly recommend anyone to go to aspen for any kinda repairs on your vehicle's. Thanks so much Tim you most certainly earned my business in the future.

A brief preface regarding BOO4, my Solara Verty that "Dr" Tim diagnosed. The name BOO4 has a long story behind it, I shan't bore you with its telling. Suffice it to say, BOO4 is as much of an essential need to me at heart & breath. I travel across America, a lot as a Professional Model and Actor. She is all I have and without she, I have nothing on which to reply. 2 weeks ago her headlights and interior lights began flickering. I went to 2 other places and came away with 2 different opinions & high estimates. Then on a Sunday I was working out in SNAP Fitness Center in Flagstaff and met a nice lady. I was to learn she is a manager at O'Reilly's on Rte 66 where I had great service. Christina advised I go to see "Dr." Tim (my name for him). I did and he is remarkable Where others ASSUMED AND PRESUMED, he analyzed and offered resolution. I learned as I waiting, "Dr." Tim is one of the very very few vrhicle eletrical people left in Arizona who can still FABRICATE PARTS for vehicles. If I were into antique vehicles or neat antique vehicles being resotred or repaired and needed a part fabricated, I would camp out overnight at the door of Aspen Electric. In closing, "Dr." Tim and his lovely bride do what they say they are going to do. A very very fair price, a fine gentleman and I shall highly recommend him. Thank you
