Went to have my AC fixed a couple weeks ago. $300 and 2 weeks later, I still have no AC. "Oh, Must be a leak, then", he says. What the hell did I pay $300 dollars for. Just no good mechanics left anymore. Completely maddening. And all he does is tell me to bring it in on Wednesday. No. I think I've seen the last of Artie.

Artie is honest, fair and all round good guy. It’s not a shop with 20 people, so when Dan, who posted a bad review, wanted him to stop working in his regular customers cars, who he made commitments to- I don’t see that as bad service. I see that as Dan not getting what he wanted when he wanted which has nothing to do with the shop. Artie will do his best to find the best price parts to repair your car, he informs you every step of the way and charges a fair rate. He isn’t trying to take advantage.

My wife got a flat tire across the street from this shop with a packed car and 3 children with her. She walked over and asked if they could fix her tire. They were very rude and told her they do not do road side service. She reiterated she was just across the street and could even drive the car in. They then told her she could but would have to leave the car until that night or the next day. Not only would they not help but they weren't nice about it. I have never heard of such a thing. It takes about 10 minutes to fix a tire and it is just common decency to help someone out in that situation. I live close by and will certainly never go here

Artie did a great job fixing my alternator. Not sure why my car alternator died after only 27,000 miles. Thanks for the prompt service.
