If you want to spend a hour+ of your time for a basic oil change this is the place to go. Second trip here for my service and it’s been well over a hour each time for a scheduled appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am a bit old school, I was born out of my generation. Unfortunately, that means I am stuck with an age of people where laziness is considered passive salesmanship. I dealt with more than a few dealerships looking for a specific car. Many of which hid details of the vehicle such as dents or damage not shown in photos. However, when I called Mark Wasick at Art Moehn, he was genuine and happy to help. My wife and I were driving over an hour to get there to look at a vehicle and I needed to know I wasnt going to be surprised by anything when I got there. When Mark and I locked eyes, I knew this was a good ol fashioned car salesman who wasnt trying to waste my time. He had been honest over the phone and accurately explained the condition the 2014 Toyota Highlander. I was happy with the price that I paid for the vehicle. Mark drove a hard bargain and topped it off with an at home delivery after detail. This type of customer service isnt taught anymore but Mark could write a book about it. Id be happy to purchase another vehicle from him.
