Been taking my car for repairs & oil changes for years, friendly staff, they’re very accommodating, if the repair is going to take awhile they have loaner cars they let you use. All they’re work comes with a warranty, a few months ago I had a fuel pump go out on me, then this weekend I went to visit family in Galena, otw home still 100 miles away the car died on me going 65mph down the highway, had to have it worked on out there, turned out it was faulty fuel pump again, which I don’t blame Goodyear for, it was the company that built the pump, but even though the work was done by a different shop I still got a 100% refund.

Very disappointing, I called to have a battery replaced that requires programming for my wife’s car. They gave me an estimate ($300-$400) and would provide exact costs after they confirm what type of battery. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to proceed with the replacement or provided a cost. They went ahead and did the work without asking if I wanted to do forward with it. I know these batteries are expensive however it would be nice if you inform your customers of the cost before you do the work. Not the experience I anticipated. All I got was sorry it’s done and still cost over $500.

I went in for alignment, shop I work at doesn't do alignment ,( we do electrical, powertrain repairs,) African-American employe disrespected me asking if I don't understand English I born and raised in USA, I used to bring all our shops, tire and alignment Work BUT NO MORE , DUE TO RACIST that employee
