2nd car: 2013 - Tacoma 4dr - All of the windows were tinted. $700. The windshield was done twice and there is still dirt and bubbles under the film on the windshield. The rear passenger window had lifted. Each time I brought it back I got all apologies and not one manager verified the work. They just gave me the keys and I had to find out myself. I am going elsewhere now as good work is not hard to find. Going back a third time SHAME ON ME. 1st car: 2014 - Toyota FJ - All of the windows were done. The windshield had to be done twice as dirt and bubbles were bad. The driver and passenger window were full of dirt and bubbles. This cost me $700 too. Please be aware of this place. Please save your time and money. I went back and the manager said, what we do to make it right? I remained silent.... Took the money for only the winshield getting done on my tacoma. I could only feel offended and walked away. I am going to one of the other two locations that do 3m tint. I could have taken it back but at this point they think I am a problem.

Visited this place to have my rear passenger door window re-tinted. The rear door has the main window and a small 'wing' window that is obviously part of the rear passenger door. So I get there and wait as they do the tint, get finished and I go to the counter to pay which they charged me $68 to do the door. I thought it was a little pricey but to have the damaged tint replace was worth it (all of the tint on the door was damaged, totally obvious). But, I get out to my car and get inside, look to the back and they only re-tinted the main piece of glass left the damaged tint on the 'wing' glass un-touched. looks like crap. So I get out, go back inside and I ask the guy behind the counter if there was some reason why they just left the 'wing' window looking like crap, why wasn't it re-tinted? Also, it doesn't match (I will share that in a you-tube video I am going to do about this place and the value of not cutting corners while running a business). He comes out looks and says "Oh, well, that's a separate piece of glass" ... I said "It's part of the door isn't it? I paid for and requested that the rear door glass be re-tinted, not half of it" and I said it's clearly damaged. He says " Well, some of your other tint has knicks and damage too" Basically implying that none of the tint was perfect and I should be satisfied with a 'half ass' job!!! What a JOKE! I am a former business owner and I would never do anything even remotely close to this to one of my customers, in fact, never did. Every single one of my customers were valuable to me no matter how big or small...without customers I had no business! I am going to do a you-tube video about my experience with this outfit and will certainly share the terrible service they did on my vehicle...pathetic...

Great customer service & super friendly staff. i would defiantly recommend this company for all my windshield needs plus it they have a Lifetime Warranty and free lifetime chip repair!
