I've been taking my car here for years and I've had consistently good experiences. Most recently, I worked with Benji Jones and he was FANTASTIC. I had a few questions about my previous appointment and Benji was very helpful and answered all of them. I highly recommend Benji as a service advisor.

Left my F150 for service to get the oil changed and see about an oil leak. A week into it they finally called me saying it would cost $6,500 to get the oil leak and a water pump replaced. I took it to another shop and was told that the water pump was fine and was charged $1,200 for the oil leak. I was a loyal customer here for many years but this last time it was just ridiculous. Their service advisor got audibly upset when I declined the service and in retaliation it took him 10 days to complete the oil change. I had to show up there without him telling me it was ready to pick up my car. I will never take another vehicle here or purchase anything from the Krause dealerships.

This review is on behalf of my partner as he is too kind to leave an honest review. DO NOT COME TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My partner has had his car serviced here 3 times and every single time there has been a problem. Not only do the service people try to upsell you (which we understand is part of their job) but then they proceed to charge you for services you do not approve. My partner had his car serviced at the end of August. At this appointment he approved only a few maintenance options, when he was told his car was ready and he was paying the bill he noticed the department did all of the services. My partner had declined many of the services they preformed. That was resolved by only charging what he approved. He dropped his car off today for an oil change and a tire rotation. Not only did it take nearly 4 hours to complete(with an appointment), but they also suggested the same services that were done on the car in August. This has led us to believe the service department either 1. Did not do the services they stated and charged for or 2. They do not actually do an inspection on the car and just charge what they think they can get you to agree to. Not only is this bad business, but it’s unethical to charge people for services they already declined. We will never be returning. Please for the safety of your car and your bank account do not use this place.
