Angel Hands Towing

Yesterday I called AAA for a tow to a dealership after my car overheated. I waited for 4½ hours and finally canceled bc the dealership had closed. This morning I started the process again and AAA tried to assign THE SAME company an hour from my location 😡 I refused to give them another try. I did my due diligence, and advised AAA that I wanted to use Angel Hands Towing, mere miles from my car. AAA has to respect the customers request. In less than 40 minutes my car was on their truck and enroute to the dealer! JOSEPH was the driver and I could not have had a more courteous responder. He showed up clean cut and friendly and took the time to explain the entire process. Although my car was not in their assigned area, this company stepped up and took care of business! THANK YOU ANGEL HANDS! I asked for business cards so that I can refer others to this solid run company 😇

Took notes like a pro and walked me through the whole deal—process, pricing, timelines—making sure I was in the loop and feeling good about it. A big thanks to David, the lockout and towing guru! Seriously, the guy's a professional businessman honoring quotes and delivering on promises. I got myself into a jam, keys locked inside my Model S Tesla. Although our truck broke down on the freeway, Angel Hands Towing really lived up to its name. Anthony, our tow truck driver arrived within 10 minutes of the AAA call we made. He assured our safety , was very personable, professional and made us feel at ease during this stressful situation. We highly recommend this company.
