Had to visit there for the first time couple weeks ago because nobody had a battery for my BMW r1100rt. Even the previous owner of the bike could not find the exact battery it was about a half an inch smaller than it should have been and had a yardstick helping keep the battery in place. These guys not only had the battery delivered that was exact from my recycle but I got it in three days... Trust what they look up for you definitely recommend.

My experience: purchased new tires from an online retailer with whom I had a gift card. Called to make arrangements for Andrews to mount tires on my street bike. Left two messages with no response. Finally got them on the phone and took the bike in. Upon picking up my bike I checked the chain which was so loose I could have removed it from the sprocket by hand. I told them I can’t ride the bike like that to which they replied “we don’t adjust the chain because some customers complain.” I won’t say they were rude, but they definitely weren’t friendly about it. Seemed put out that I brought my own tires in, to be honest. Anyway, they wheeled it back in the shop and spent about 3 minutes messing with it and said it was done. Ready to leave I checked the chain which was better but still very loose. Now I’m left to sort out the chain tension myself or find another shop to take it for professional service to properly adjust the chain. They charged $300 to mount a couple tires and I left feeling like I made a huge mistake by giving them my business. Pros: close to where I live. Cons: difficult to make contact, didn’t have the bike ready when THEY said it would would be, left globs of grease and grimy hand prints all over the bike, tires and rims, installed the chain with nothing but gravity, felt unwelcome like I was an inconvenience to them. Maybe these guys cater more to the motocross crowd. All told, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. It’s a shame too, I could be a regular customer. I dealt with them years ago and got the same feeling then. My bad for going back a second time. My question to them (if they read this); do all of your customers fix their own chains in the parking lot upon picking up their bikes? Or perhaps it’s common knowledge that you have to trailer your bike home so you don’t destroy it? I simply don’t understand the response you gave when I picked my bike that you said was “done”.

I took a CF Moto side by side there to repaired. It sat there for nearly 2 months before they started working on it only after numerous phone calls and going there in person. They installed a new belt on it which did not fix the problem and called to tell me they could not fix it and I would have to take it somewhere else to be repaired. Will never do business with them again.
