We've been using AML for years to work on our diesel work trucks, and they are reliable, a good value for the money and get the job done right the first time. We need our trucks on the road all the time, and Mike and Dan know that. Very happy with the service. I would recommend them to a friend.

Dave has done a few jobs for my company. He has never charged me a diagnostic charge. NEVER. He attempted to overcharge me $1200 on a transmission job. I told him that $3100 for the reworking of a transmission was awfully steep and I needed to get a second option. I ended up doing a complete transmission rebuild with added beefed up parts (that Dave wouldn’t do) to support the high weight loads I was carrying around. Dave did 1-2 more jobs even though his price for a transmission was high. I liked being loyal to Dave until he decided to hold my vehicle hostage. I took a different vehicle in and the engine is shot. He wants $3900 to fix it. I found pricing for $3300. I told him nicely that if he matched the price, I would do the repair with him. He choose to instead tell me to go to hell and to pay him $250 diagnosis charge. He will not release my vehicle to me unless I pay this fee. Avoid Dave and AML as much as you can. Forcing a customer to pay an unknown diagnosis charge and holding a vehicle hostage is WRONG. At the time of this post he does not have any signage or any wording that specifies a flat diagnosis charge. To make up random charges is completely unreasonable. Furthermore, he will not release the car unless I pay him CASH. No contract, no agreement signed, no wording in his shop about diagnosis charges, AND forces me to pay cash?!? Stay away. Stay as far away as you can.
