American Tire Depot Customer Reviews
I had a great experience at American Tire Depot! The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and super helpful. They got my tire work done really quickly, which I really appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need anything tire-related. Highly recommend!

If I can give zero stars I would, not sure if Rafael is the store manager but he gives off the most condescending tone to all customers. When I spoke to him on the phone he was much nicer since he was quoting me to come in. I paid for brakes and tires. Let me tell you the brakes sounded like I was in a rocket ship, then I noticed the PSI in my cars for the tire pressure was almost ten points above the recommended. Do they even check the car before it leaves? I came back to see if my car could be looked at and observed Rafael with customers, he is rude and condescending. He told me it was a three hour wait for my car to be inspected so I left and came back the next day. He was not here so I spoke to the other associate upon arrival. I told him I was there bc my car sounded like a rocket ship with a whistling sound and he gave me a dumb ass look like I was crazy, then I told him to check my tire pressure bc my car was almost above ten points for the recommended, another dumb ass look, then he asked me for the mileage on my car obviously I didn’t know it and I’ve never been asked to bring that information in MYSELF, everyone walks out to check, he was just lazy so he asked for the keys and left to check it. I will be talking to the district manager above Rafael and sending feedback. If this feedback is ignored it’s a shame, if you look at the reviews with poor stars ⭐️ it’s similar to what I am saying. Wake up management, get some new blood in here and check on this store. Like I said corporate here I come. If customers don’t speak up like me, future customers get impacted by poor service. Shocked this has a 4.7. Lastly, I told him twice the tire pressure was off. I drove away and the tire pressure was not fixed. I had to come back and tell the technician to do it. He was super nice, but management did not notify him.

I went there yesterday ( first time customer ) to have my BMW wheel alignment service. The customer service manager, Raul was very professional, polite and provided great service. The waiting time was very reasonable, actually faster than I expected, and their price was also very reasonable compared to the other tire shops. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you Raul for your great customer service. 08/12/2024 Second visit today here. Went in there for the wheel alignments. Excellent customer service from Raul, alignments done quickly . Professional service as always. Thank you :)

I went to American Tire Depot for a tire repair. The service and quality were both great, and I was back on the road again in practically no time. I would not hesitate to come back again.

I just endured a truly frustrating experience at American Tire Depot located in Corona Ca. that left me feeling disappointed and disheartened. From the moment I stepped through the door, the employee demeanor struck me as incredibly off-putting. His expression was devoid of warmth, and he carried an air of indifference that instantly made me feel unwelcome. Instead of receiving even a simple greeting or a friendly smile, I sensed a coldness that set a negative tone for my visit. As I began to explain my problem, I could tell he was not fully engaged. It felt as though my words were falling on deaf ears, and I had to repeat myself multiple times, which only heightened my frustration. I explained that I had purchased a tire just a month earlier, but now I was dealing with the persistent issue of declining tire pressure. In response, he requested my phone number to pull up my account, which I provided without hesitation. I distinctly heard him mention the need to print something out and that I would need to sign it, which gave me hope that this issue could be resolved. However, he seemed to lose interest momentarily as he went off to print a document, leaving me standing at the register in awkward silence. I fumbled through my purse, trying to distract myself from the growing annoyance when he finally returned. His question, “Can I help you?” came across in a sarcastic tone that only fueled my irritation. Assuming I misinterpreted him, I simply replied, “No, I'm just fixing my purse,” and took a seat nearby, hoping the situation would improve. When he eventually called me up, I found his casual demeanor unsettling. His inquiry, “Do you have a second?” felt bizarre since I had already been waiting for him. The conversation took a more serious turn when he asked, “Do you want the good news or the bad news?” I chuckled nervously, replying, “I need to hear both,” trying to inject a bit of levity into the tense atmosphere. The news he delivered was disheartening—the tire I had just purchased had a nail in it that could not be repaired. My heart sank as I reminded him that I had only bought this tire a month prior and inquired about any possible insurance that might cover such an incident. Instead of showing understanding, he maintained that same sarcastic attitude, dismissively stating, “As you know, this is something that happens. It's not a defect, and you don’t have that extra insurance.” I felt a knot of frustration form in my stomach as I explained that the salesperson had never mentioned anything about additional insurance when I made the purchase. I pressed on, inquiring whether there was any warranty available, but he just replied, “Like I said, ma'am, it's not a defect. I can read you all my rules and regulations.” I quickly interjected, saying there was no need for that exhaustive recitation, and requested to speak to a higher authority. To my disbelief, he responded, “I am the store manager,” and when I pressed for an alternative contact, his answer was firmly, “No, I am the store manager. That’s my name on that business card.” this made me feel even worse since he is the highest authority at the shop with the least sympathy to my situation. Feeling utterly defeated, I resolved to contact corporate in hopes of finding some resolution. While I may or may not achieve the outcome I desire, I genuinely hope American Tire Depot takes this incident to heart and recognizes the value of customer service. As for me, I have made the decision never to return to their establishment. They have lost not just a customer but also an opportunity to demonstrate that they value their patrons.
