I came in today because of a nail in my tire. They checked all my tires and my rear two were almost bald. I hesitated since I didn’t have the time today and Ryan promised me within the hour they would be done. He was not only correct they were early! Awesome customer service, prices comparable to Costco.

Large clean waiting room with a viewing window that allows you to see into the service garage. The staff is friendly and attentive. I pre-ordered the specific tires I wanted, and made an appointment to have them installed. They have an app which allows you to track the progress of your vehicle.

Excellent tire shop. Quickly and efficiently helped me get new tires same day. They listened to me and then offered up a better suggestion of tires, (the ones I really wanted) and were able to put them on right then. Very happy with the ride and the overall service received! Will recommend them to others.

Do yourself a favor and ask for Frankie at America’s Tire in San Luis Obispo. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect wheel and tire combo for my SUV. It’s clear he’s an expert with years of experience. The entire team was amazing. They kept me updated on my purchase’s arrival and even installed everything the same day with impressive speed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch customer service and true experts in the field.

Bought tires from here online and made an appointment to put them on new rims. Frankie came out and met me in the parking lot and moved my car into the shop. Whole process took about 15 minutes. Great service

This business knows very little about customer service. Eric, an employee at the Santa Maria store took my phone call. We had an agreement about the service and price. When I arrived at the SLO location at my appointment time I had to wait. Gabe, the Manager never said boo to me. When I finally reached to the front of the line he said: I need to take this phone call they’ve been on hold 20 minutes. I was then told Eric didn’t have the authority to authorize our agreement. Strike 1: zero communication Strike 2: not honoring an agreement Strike 3: dirty bathrooms, 1 was completely unacceptable. Terrible way to do business. Word of mouth travels quickly and far.

Terrific experience at America's Tires SLO. We had an Avis rental car with a flat tire. Called the Avis at San Luis Obispo Airport, who directed us to America's Tires SLO. They examined our flat tire, found a puncture, repaired it, installed it, filled it, checked the air pressure in all our tires and then sent us on our way. Yes, we had to wait, but we didn't have an appointment, so we expected that. We just walked a couple of blocks to The Switch for a yummy sandwich, (shout out to The Switch), and America's Tires kept us updated with a progress report. Easiest fix we've ever experienced. Thumbs up!
