Out of all the time Altec could’ve come to work on digging up the ground, they came at midnight to the side of our house at Cape Coral FL SW 8th Ct street, waking up all of our kids, one of them is a newborn and it was hard for them to sleep at night. They have school tomorrow and again, we have a newborn. They can’t sleep with all the noise they making 10 feet away from our house! It’s the weekend, they couldn’t have done this on the weekend or at least during the day.

Had mobile service and talked to the tech the day before and told him I have a locked gate call when he arrives. I figured he was 45 minutes late but when someone left he was outside the gate running up the clock. I asked why he didn't call and he said he forgot. His work truck was down and told me he had limited tools. He basically asked me to leave so he could work on my machine. He did no work, told me about some issues I knew about and charged $505. I sent his boss Chris a message with no response. Find a local honest guy to work on your equipment.

It took a while to get to our truck. They did get the hydraulic pump changed out. Truck is working well now. But it's a shame there was so many other trucks ahead of us.

I took my Altec boom to this service center with a myriad of malfunctioning issues. Once repairs were made, they called to pick the truck up. One hour into the next job, there was an issue. I called Danny, the shop manager, and he acted quickly to get us straightened out. Literally within 30 minutes, he and another mechanic arrived at the job site. There was a minor glitch, but these guys knew just what to do, had us back to work in no time. Not only am I extremely pleased with the repair, but also very impressed with Altec’s rapid response to get the glitch worked out and get back to making money. Thank you, Danny!🙏🍀🙌🏻

Very unorganized... WATCH charges on invoices!!! was charged a pre occupational safety check after their repairs. Truck didn't work, service rep wanted to say driver must have hit a "pothole" to cause it to malfunction..
