I had an extremely disappointing experience at this repair shop. We brought our truck in for repairs, but the service was far from professional. The technicians frequently interrupted their work on our vehicle to attend to other service calls, causing unnecessary delays and inflating diagnostic time charges. There was no clear breakdown of the services performed. Our truck had a harness issue, and the technicians spent an unreasonable hours examining the truck, ultimately needing a third-party technician to diagnose the problem. They even lied to us about not being able to replace the wiring harness, and stated that is not possible, highlighting their lack of knowledge and capability in handling semi-truck repairs. This shop stated no one will replaced your harness and you wont find one anywhere. ( I replaced the wiring harness at the next shop and the freightliner dealer had several harnesses in stock To top it off, the owner, Avel, threatened to call the police if I didn’t pay the $360 charge, despite my clear intention to pay every single dollar owing. This experience was unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against doing business with this shop. I will certainly never return Edited after owners reply: You did not chase us down the road we dont have apple pay/ Zell/ cashapp so i advised you to have your employee follow my truck to the truck stop to get cash. We answered every single one of your calls, we do not run away from paying our bills. Also you were more keen to drive my driver around to get showers meals ect rather than getting the truck repaired.
