I call and ask for a door for a Ford Escape of paint code UG and he tells me he has it and it's 250. You get there and he insists that you said a Ford focus and the price for the door is now 300 because it's for an escape... He knows I said a Ford Escape I'm certain I said the model multiple times and I've never once called about a focus and you can't confuse the two names it's just not possible. Looking at his stock on car-part it doesnt even seem he has a focus with that paint code so idk... I hate to be rude and I've never written a bad review but when you make an hour drive only to have people pull that stuff just to squeeze you for an extra $50 that's pretty un-cool. Was hoping this would be a good new parts source but that experience soured me to doing business in the future...

Visited here January 2025. I called ahead and asked if they had the correct part for my vehicle. They asked verifying questions. I picked them up the next day, they helped me put the rims know my car and totally satisfied.

Sold us a "grade A " transmission.. dropped the pan and it was completely burned up and falling apart. Trash! We drove 3 hrs and was promised it was good. Go anywhere else, these guys don't know what grade A means I guess.
