All American Smog

The owner started off being nice but then became extremely disrespectful, essentially telling me to leave as if I had installed aftermarket parts to deceive him. All he had to do was explain what needed to be changed and give me a reason, but the level of disrespect was unacceptable. As a result, I won't be returning. I went to another shop instead, and was told exactly what needed to be changed without any attitude.

Was waiting almost an hour for him to finish a smog on an older vehicle which is understandable....I ask him if it's the last car assuming I'm next he said yes. As soon as he's done he slowly walks towards me and says oh I forgot there's another car in front of you and that will be another 30-45mins for a regular obd2 (it doesn't usually take that long) that he had forgotten...lol almost as if he didn't want to help out for some reason he should of just said so i wouldve just gone somewhere else. Took it to another shop and was done in 15mins. Bad service.

Great service, they also take care of required state reporting, best place for Smog service.

Allan is great, very kind and professional. It's better to reserve your spot if you don't want to wait long time. Highly recommend.
