What a great experience for a not so great experience with my rental car. Beyond that - this company did fantastic with communication with me and getting the job done fast. Our driver arrived fast and got us to our destination safely and also chatted with us about the area. So friendly, fast, and made the process easy! Never had a good experience with a Towing company until this one. The night I got into my accident, Luis was there to provide great customer service and did such a great job taking care of my car. The owner was generous with pricing and provided great customer service too. Both were generous through the whole process and provided additional support/service for locations to fix my car. If you need a Towing company, just contact them. You won’t regret it. There is no other Towing company I would recommend besides Alfonso Towing.

After getting stuck in the sand and being unable to get out, I reached out to Alfonso Towing. The gentleman that answered my call was kind, professional and had someone dispatched to me within 20 minutes. The service was performed at a reasonable price and the the gentleman that arrived was equally kind and professional. If you're in need of a tow, save yourself the time of calling around and use this one, you wont regret it. SIde Note: The DHS community instantly came to my aid within that 20 minute wait as well. If you're reading this GRACIAS!!

We were stuck a about a half a mile in the desert on a Sunday (today) and they came and got us out no problem. Danny was our service tech and we was kind and even followed us to the road to make sure we didn't get stuck again. Thank you guys for saving our truck!!
