Wanted to charge me double what other shops charge to change a tire, only because I told him it was a Mercedes wheel and didn't want my rims scratched by the claw that grabs the rim. Taking care of other people's property shouldn't cost more, hopefully that gives you an idea of what kind of service you get here.

I went to get my tire plugged because I had gotten a piece of metal in my tire. He took it off and did the usual check and notice my wheel was not sealing properly and fixed it. I was very happy and he also check my brakes. Great experience first time.

He has worked on two of my cars. Had to take my suv to be looked at he said it needed 3 sensors which came to roughly 1461.00. He texted me that exact amount I asked for a breakdown of charges didn't get that. He said his labor would cost 500.00 Intially i took the car there because it would not crank up, the battery, radio and all that still worked. He told me the parts would take a couple of days to come in so I called the dealership to see if they had the parts in stock so he could get them from there. He said he only used certain parts so he wouldn't have to work on cars twice.. He got mad and said to come pick up the car and that he doesn't like people going behind his back. He said he wasn't going to give me my DIAGNOSTIC paper or charge me! All I was doing was seeing if I could get the parts faster or if they were in stock instead of having to wait longer so he could get them from there. The third sensor he told me about the parts department had no clue what he was talking about called a 3rd place to verify. I asked him to join me on the call if he didnt mind to verify the part he told me to because they said they didn't know what a PPS was.. So I dont know if they was really the issue or if I was getting way overcharged! He told me he would not give me the diagnostic paper or charge me just to get the car. The first care I took their he quoted me a price then when I got there to pick it up the cost was more.. more than 10 percent of initial quote without my permission or having me agree first!! I will not be going back! Beware! You have the right to request to see the old parts that are taken out your car after repairs etc...

My girlfriend damaged the sidewall of her tire and last minute I called Alex’s and he hooked me up with a tire instantly for a very low price. I definitely recommend here.

Beware. The last two times I went here I was charged more than quoted and extra fees were added on. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or if this is business as usual. I was randomly upcharged for things without prior notice. A random amount was added to my bill for "tax" that was more than the tax rate (even though he only accepts cash and I'm not sure any taxes are actually paid). Sir, if you had dealt honestly, you would have had a loyal customer for years. Not just me, but my family also. As it is, neither I nor my family will be giving you more of our money.
