These guys are like family. My car is 10 years old and a bunch of necessary repairs came up at the same time. While the situation was frustrating, they were patient and honest and got stuff done for a competitive price. They explained the repairs to me and kept me involved in the process, promptly returned phone calls and provided updates. They are courteous and show appreciation to repeat customers. All in all a pleasant experience.

A friend of mine recommended this shop and I’m so glad they did. I usually get anxious taking my car to shops because of the high costs associated with repairing a bmw, but this place made me feel so much better. They are very transparent with pricing and the repair process. I will be visiting this shop for my car’s future needs.

Excellent service! I took my car in for a brake change, and to my surprise, they made a couple of extra adjustments outside the budget at no extra cost. They also found some tires that are really hard to get, and they did it in record time! I'm beyond satisfied with their work and customer service. 100% recommended. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I always take my car to American Tire Depot for oil change and basic maintenance. After describing my car's problems, they thought it was more than they could handle, and recommended to bring my car to Alex's Auto Repair. I'm so glad that I did bring my vehicle to them. David and Martin were very friendly and helpful. They were able to diagnose and figure out the cause of the problem right away. They called to clearly explain what was wrong with my car and what work needed to fix it. They put a rush on my vehicle and repaired it sooner than expected and at reasonable prices, much much cheaper if I had gone through a dealer. I highly recommend them because of their honesty and care of my 10 year old vehicle, and will definitely bring it back to them in the future.

I took my 1988 Toyota pick up for a much needed glow up. Replaced my water pump, hoses, spark plugs, valve cover, oil pan, etc. Repairs were done well and cost was fair. Manager and mechanics have really good customer service. Also, if you have any follow up issues they get right on them until they make it right.
