Aldana Tires

I was a loyal customer for almost two years. The guys who worked in the office were very nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with their prices as well. Until one of their mechanics replaced 2 of my cadillac converters. I don't know anything about cars. After replacing it, I had to constantly bring it in due to my engine light turning on after a day, or 2. They didn't charge me, but I would constantly have to leave my car for 3 or 5 days so they could fix the issue. Very time-consuming for everyone. After about the 10th time, I took my car into another shop to have them look at my vehicle. Aldana tires did a number on my car. Pictures and videos were taken. I decided to give aldana one more chance. I showed them the damage, and they said they would fix it. they kept my car for another week. They said the reason for my engine light turning on was because my spark plugs did not match, and I also needed a maintenance check. They also welded my pipe. So thank you! I took my car into another shop and let me tell you. The damage cost me more than a couple thousand dollars. Both my cadillac converters needed to be replaced again, but I no longer have any issues.

Thank you for making things right. I was excited to find a mechanic to help with my car. Started to be disappointed when I found other situations created with no apologies. Full transparency is what makes customers trust you. You did step up and correct it and for that I am grateful. Your quote in the window about strength is very fitting. My wife went in to get 4 used tires. They gave her 3 different brands two had very low tread which they put on passenger side the other two had decent tread but one had sidewall cracking that I measured at 3/32 deep that they tried to fill with polish. So low tread on passenger decent on driver side??? They're clearly trying to have her return for a wheel rotation. She went back and they told her the ones with low tread were a good brand and were supposed to be like that and said they were out of used tires to replace the cracked one. A tire shop out of tires?...clear case of ripping off an unknowledgeable customer.

I called here because I needed a new wheel and a couple new tires. Spoke to Troy (who also did my work) and he gave me a great price. To be honest, this was the best repair shop experience I've ever had. Troy was super friendly and knowledgeable an gave me an even better price than I was quoted. All in all a great experience and I've been referring friends and family here ever since. They don't do everything but all of the work they did for me was great. Add great prices to great work and service and you get a place like this, pretty close to perfect.
