Wonderful customer care and service! It's stressful when your vehicle is broken. The owner was very kind and reassuring. They promptly diagnosed and repaired my truck. Even waited for me when I was late picking it up. I am grateful!

This was done 01/24/2025. I give this establishment 5 stars because they saved me $3500.00. I took my 2015 ford focus with less than 48,000 miles to Lancaster ford to have the TCM recall checked. I had to pay them $220 to diagnose the issue… Lancaster ford came stating that the TCM is not the problem. I asked then what is? Lancaster ford said I needed to replace the clutch and clutch bearings @$3500. I did not have the money at that time. I waited and my car began to develop other issues. I asked my friend and he recommended Affordable Transmission shop. I told Kaz what Ford said. They check it out for no charge. After two technicians drove my car stated nothing is wrong with my clutch. Results: engine mount right side replaced, expansion tank replaced and purge valve assembly replaced this after they ran a diagnostics on my car. Nothing was wrong with my clutch… Ford lied…All for less than $1000.00. I will NEVER go back to Lancaster Ford again. If you need transmission work done. I highly recommend Affordable Transmission Shop. Again thank you 🙏

We will definitely come back here because of good customer service. Went here to get my dad's car checked with transmission problem (car is starting but doesn't move forward and reverse). Miguel was definitely helpful because he cares about his customers. He also gave us a free estimate on what needed to be fixed and what to do so we could save money. They are honest and professional. Thank you again Miguel!
