Affordable Mufflers & Brakes Inc.

A very apt business name as the brake work here was very affordable. I went in fully expecting to need four new brake pads and rotors and the whole shebang. Dropped off my car overnight, and the work was done by lunchtime the next day. Total price was about a quarter of what I was expecting as it was just two pads and the labor to install and rotate. Two months later I brought the car back for a minor follow-up problem and Gary didn't charge me a dime to sort it out. Nothing beats a good mechanic you can trust!

This is the most helpful and caring mechanic I’ve ever been to. I went in with concerns about my brake pads, and he found some other issues along the way like loose bolts and some nails in my front tire. While he wasn’t able to fix the tire issue, he did have great advice about where to go and where not to go for a patch up. He even replaced one of the mismatching bolts on my car so that I could use the same tool for all of them if I ever needed to do emergency roadside repairs. That’s incredible consideration and foresight! I know nothing about cars (which always makes me nervous going in for repairs at new locations) and he was genuine and honest with me. Highly recommend!

Honest mechanics don't exi... Yeah, le'me stop ya right there. This dude is the real deal. I went in for more than I left with because he informed me that the other piece wasn't needed. He charged me only for what I needed and performed the work in a timely manner. He may not be a one-stop shop, but what he does do, he does honestly, affordably, and well.

Came in with my entire exhaust having fallen off due to a bad installation. Had the wrong fittings, brackets, the whole shebang. I arrived at 7:30 and there was already a line of cars ahead of me (a testament to how wanted this man’s work is.) I got a call around noon telling me he was checking out the issues, filled me in on everything wrong and how he was going to fix it, and an hour later called me up telling me it was finished. Not only was this quality work, but it was fast. And VERY affordable, living up to the company name. I will absolutely be back for any other exhaust issues as well as brakes. Thank you so much!

New muffler on my Tundra today. Owner did a great job. Could definitely tell he knew what he was doing. Very fair pricing. I'm Taking my F150 to him next week. He told me right away that the muffler I was replacing wasn't the stock muffler and it had dual pipes at some point. Had the muffler I needed in stock and replaced the pipe, which he bent to fit on site.. Great Job!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent Service! From Pensacola, FL. Traveling through, dropped a break pad in rout to Johnson City, was taken care of within an hour! Replaced all rotors, ceramic pads and new wheel locks! Very filmier with replacing of rotors breaks and Was very pleased with craftsmanship involved in installation!! Great Job!!!!! Very Reasonable Price!!! Thank You! Bill
