We needed someone to go to a freight terminal to deliver a tank to one of our customers. I called them up based on the many positive reviews on here and was not disappointed! Chontell was helpful, fast and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

So called them and asked for a truck at 8 . And they told me 30 mins. Literally been waiting a hr and a half. Call them back and they go “ well I didn’t know u wanted it” like no I’m just been waiting cause they told me 30 mins? Like I never said I didn’t need the car and if I didn’t need the car why would I ask on what time they would be here? So called them back at 9 and they tell me oh sorry I don’t got a car? Like no apology what so ever . Hope the person on the phone gets fired for lack of skill of using a phone! Super unprofessional.
