I’ve had to call for both a tow and a move of my trucks. I dealt with the owner both times. He was fair and up front with the price and didn’t add any hidden fees when he got to me. He was very gracious and even helpful with finding a shop that would give me better pricing to fix a stupid mistake I made. I believe this man is truly a blessing to other truck drivers. ☆-》•° MUST USE °•《-☆ SAVED MY LIFE‼️ my van has sat for over a year an was still and is still needing to be fixed I moved and didn't want to throw out my van after buying all the parts an all the money iv spent! We needed someone to go to a freight terminal to deliver a tank to one of our customers. I called them up based on the many positive reviews on here and was not disappointed! Chontell was helpful, fast and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

So called them and asked for a truck at 8 . And they told me 30 mins. Literally been waiting a hr and a half. Call them back and they go “ well I didn’t know u wanted it” like no I’m just been waiting cause they told me 30 mins? Like I never said I didn’t need the car and if I didn’t need the car why would I ask on what time they would be here? So called them back at 9 and they tell me oh sorry I don’t got a car? Like no apology what so ever . Hope the person on the phone gets fired for lack of skill of using a phone! Super unprofessional.
