I've had my bike serviced a few times at Advanced Cycle Service and I can confidently say it is the best motorcycle repair shop I’ve found in the Bay Area. Jim and Burt are top-notch mechanics who have handled each of my bike’s services, big or small, with professionalism and utmost care. They're always happy to explain what needs to be done and why, making the whole process transparent. Not only are they skilled technicians, but they're also genuinely nice people. It’s rare to find such honesty and sincerity at shops nowadays! The customer service and quality care is much better than that of the company dealership service centers. Jim is an honest and trustworthy guy whose experience with Ducatis makes him indispensable. Came in with a weird issue where my hypermotard would suddenly lose power. Initially thought it was the servo and I plugged in a servo bypass. Couple of days later I stalled on 101 and managed to limp to Jim’s. He took a look and ran some diagnostics. Turns out the battery module was faulty and was cathode was broken. He promptly replaced the battery and I was back on the road in less than 30 mins.
