Advance Frame Repair Introduce

Welcome to an objective overview of Advance Frame Repair, located at 241 Coroneos Dr, Henderson, NV 89011, USA. As a business operating within the "Auto Repair Stations" category, Advance Frame Repair aims to provide services related to vehicle body and frame work. You can reach them by phone at (702) 564-1500 or +1 702-564-1500.

For local users in Henderson, NV, and the surrounding areas, understanding the scope and nature of services offered by an auto repair station is crucial. Advance Frame Repair, as its name suggests, primarily focuses on frame repair, which is a specialized aspect of collision repair. This involves restoring the structural integrity of a vehicle's frame after it has been damaged in an accident. A properly aligned frame is essential for a vehicle's safety, handling, and overall performance.

Environment and Facilities

Based on customer reviews, the physical environment of Advance Frame Repair appears to be less of a traditional office setup. One customer described it as a "junkyard looking lace with no Office." This suggests that the facility might be more focused on the hands-on, practical aspects of repair work rather than a customer-facing waiting area or reception. The general impression gathered from online feedback points towards a less polished, more workshop-oriented environment. Equipment observed by customers included tools for frame straightening, although specific mention was made of the absence of a "Computerized frame straightener," with the process described as "eye ball and pray." This implies that the methods employed might be more manual and rely on the technicians' experience rather than advanced diagnostic and alignment technology.

Services Offered

While the name "Advance Frame Repair" clearly indicates a specialization in frame repair, customer experiences shed light on the types of jobs they are inclined to take on. The primary service is indeed frame straightening, aiming to correct structural damage to a vehicle's chassis. However, it's important for potential customers to note that, according to a recurring customer account, the shop may prioritize larger, more comprehensive collision repair jobs, especially those involving insurance claims. This suggests that smaller, cash-paying jobs, even those involving seemingly straightforward frame rail straightening, might not always be accepted due to perceived workload or preference for more extensive projects.

The shop appears to function as a "Run of the mill Collision Shop," indicating that they likely handle a range of collision-related repairs beyond just frame work, such as body panel replacement, dent repair, and potentially painting. However, the emphasis, as indicated by the name, remains on the foundational frame integrity.

Features and Approach to Repair

A significant feature highlighted by customer feedback is the repair methodology. As mentioned, the absence of a computerized frame straightener is a key point of discussion. This implies that the frame repair process at Advance Frame Repair may rely on traditional mechanical pulling and alignment techniques, potentially guided by visual inspection and experienced judgment. While experienced technicians can achieve good results with manual methods, some customers may prefer shops equipped with computerized systems for precise measurements and verification of frame alignment.

Another feature, or rather a characteristic, is the shop's apparent preference for larger jobs. Customers reported that the shop seemed to prioritize repairs that would generate a higher revenue, specifically those exceeding $3000, often associated with insurance claims. This approach might be a business strategy to maximize efficiency and profitability for the shop, but it's a critical point for individuals seeking minor repairs or paying out-of-pocket to consider.

Promotional Information and Customer Experience Considerations

Based on the available information, there isn't explicit promotional information in the form of advertised deals or specials. The customer reviews, however, serve as a form of indirect communication about the business. It is crucial for potential customers to consider these experiences when evaluating Advance Frame Repair for their needs.

One repeated customer experience highlights a potential challenge for those seeking smaller, cash-based frame repairs. The customer expressed frustration when their request for a "simple Job" involving straightening two front frame rails was met with reluctance, despite an initial verbal quote from a staff member. The owner's perceived disinterest in smaller jobs, especially those without insurance involvement, was a significant point of contention. This suggests that customers looking for quick, affordable, and minor frame adjustments without insurance claims might find it beneficial to inquire about the shop's capacity and willingness to undertake such tasks upfront.

Furthermore, the customer's advice to "walk away.. and go to a place that treats every customer well, not just the insurance abused versions..." serves as a strong recommendation to seek out businesses that offer consistent service regardless of the job size or payment method. The Google Picture mentioned in the review is also presented as a visual cue for potential customers to assess the overall impression of the facility before committing to services.

In summary, Advance Frame Repair operates as an auto repair station specializing in frame repair and general collision work in Henderson, NV. While they offer essential services for damaged vehicles, prospective clients, particularly those without insurance or seeking minor repairs, are advised to communicate their needs clearly and confirm the shop's readiness to undertake their specific job before visiting.

Advance Frame Repair Customer Reviews

Went to these guys for a frame repair and when they found out I had no insurance and was paying cash they started to balked at the idea of working on the Car. It was a simple Job.. All I wanted to do was straighten 2 front frame rails in the car, seen it done Dozens of times. I asked how much, and before I went there the son talked up the repair just as I thought, and was Quoted $250 the first pull... and mine may take a few pulls. So I was Cool with say $800 to $1000, I was OK with that.. But when I met the owner, seemed his work load was to full for a small job that didn't included Insurance and him doing the entire job, So lets Label these guys what they really are. They are a Run of the mill Collision Shop that Does not even have a Computerized frame straightener that wont touch your frame unless your going to be a large fish that they will make $3000+ from.. I seen the equipment they have, I have done this work before.. They eye ball and pray.. I went down the road to another shop, SAME DAY dropped off the car and 3 days later they used a Computerized Frame repair for $1200 and even installed all the parts.. Thanks for helping find a Quality Place Advance.. So next time you go to the junkyard looking lace with no Office and questionable tactics, walk away.. and go to a place that treats every customer well, not just the insurance abused versions... P.S. Look at the Google Picture ... let that alone be the warning you need to look elsewhere...
