Terrible staff! 1.) Went in to buy tape weights (for balancing a wheel) and the guy brought me a big box when all I wanted was a few strips! I stupidly settled for the box, knowing it was way too many and cost more than I wanted to spend. 2.) Opened the box later to find out it was clip weights!!!! Completely useless for what I needed to do! As incredibly pissed off as I was, i went back in the store another day as politely as possible and asked to return them. And of course, there was totally different people working there. (I have never seen the same person working there twice in all these years shopping there!) 3.) These new people mysteriously couldn’t find my “account” after i told them I didn’t have a receipt. (A receipt I was never given now that i think of it!) I could see my name (first and last) on a few different “accounts” with different phone numbers (at least two, but maybe even three!) which makes sense seening how I have been coming here for years! But nope! “Couldn’t find it.” They said.... So without a receipt, I couldn’t get my money back! I had to settle for a BS store gift card that is completely useless since I will not be shopping here again! However, if someone wants to try their luck here, I will trade you my gift card with $21.39 for $20 cash.... Just make sure you get a receipt with whatever you use it on, and open the box before you leave!!!!

Worst auto parts transaction I’ve ever experienced. Went there to buy a battery, was told in order to get the discount I had to purchase the battery online while there, then I went to pay for the battery,was charged the price for what the credit would be for returning the old battery. I’ve been there 3 times, with receipt in hand, and have been told corporate would have to take care of it, according to the manager. Terrible service, overpaid for the battery, wish I’d never went there. My advice to any potential customer for auto parks, do not go there unless you want to be charged twice, then told they can’t resolve the issue, even with receipt in hand.

I was extremely satisfied with the employees hear it Advance Auto. I'm a senior citizen and they asked if I needed help during my battery to my pontoon boat that was on the trailer outside. I was very grateful for their assistance.

The store is well organized, but may be a little overwhelming for someone new to an auto store. However, the friendly and knowledgeable staff are more than willing to point you in the right direction. Would recommend.

Advance Auto Parts is one of two auto parts stores in the town of bremen the other being NAPA. They are reasonably priced parts and usually great customer service with sales always going on and most of the employees are very knowledgeable in the automotive industry this is a great place for the DIY automotive repair individual
