My car was stolen, dumped in Fairhill, and window was smashed. The car wouldn’t turn on, so I stumbled into this nearby auto store hoping they’d be able to offer some help. Everyone working there was extremely sympathetic to my situation. I was told AAA would be a 3 hour wait, so one of the workers offered to call a private tow company to assist me. They handled everything for me knowing that I was not a customer, but just someone looking for what to do next. They offered me water, calmed me down, and allowed me to wait and relax in the store until the tow truck arrived. I would say their customer service was above and beyond, but I wasn’t even a customer. They were simply nice people. I’m so grateful for the kindness they showed me. I’d recommend anyone go to this location!

They sell a cheap batter for 180 when I go back they said I have to wait for a new one to get deliver. Mind you they sold me a dead battery never again. Horrible service.

I think there were 4 employees and one customer who left 2 minutes after I got there. I needed help choosing chrome cleaner but wasn't approached at all, even though I spent a good 15 minutes in that aisle. I didn't want to be angry so I brushed it off and took any cleaner. I needed the tools I came for, or I would have quietly set everything down and left with nothing. The wrench sets I bought are cool, I'm happy for that. The stuff I bought for my chrome didn't work.😫
