Update: Tim is Awesome needs a Raise. Anthony however still seems to not know how to deal with people. Anthony was who I dealt with Saturday who was really not interested in doing his job. Tim did most of the work Saturday as Anthony stood by seemingly annoyed. Parts had to be ordered. I was told they would be in Monday or Tuesday by Thursday. I called the store. Guess who answered. Anthony, I asked him about my order. He said they've been here for 4 days in a sarcastic tone. He said someone contacted me, I stated no one has contacted me ( If someone contacted me why would I call the store asking if my order was in?) as I stated That no one had contacted me. He stated he was under the impression someone contacted me. So do we go by your impression or facts? I raised my review to four stars due to Tim and his efforts. I will give five stars the moment Anthony is unemployed from advance Auto at West 117th luckily to my pleasure, Anthony stayed in the back during my visit Thursday. In fact, when I arrived, Tim was in the parking lot helping someone putting in extra effort To make sure their car was fixed with whatever he did, I actually waited in my car until he was finished before I went in so I could with him and not Anthony. As Tim finished up and I got out of my car he recognized me. Greeted me pleasantly and told me to come in so he could help me. Thank you for taking the time to reply to my previous review. Now that I have the proper names, hopefully kudos go to those who deserve it and whatever else goes to the one who doesn't deserve anything. After reading some other reviews, I noticed Tim had some positive reviews and that is good. Based on the bad reviews recently, I can guess it's Anthony, especially the one about needing a personality and probably the one about knowledge as well.

The staff was amazing Erika and her co-worker they worked on finding me windshield wipers that worked for my car. Both of them spent over a hour figuring it out. They were so nice and did whatever it took to fix it. I now have 2 nice new windshield wipers. Will definitely go back 馃槂

Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable. With every question I had! He went above and beyond to help me out and give me tips on how to do the repair that I was looking to perform on my vehicle. He shared his personal experience through his errors and improvements, which helped me drastically! I would recommend this advanced auto parts to anybody, and if the rest of their staff is anything like Tim, then they are one of the top auto stores in the northeast Ohio area! Thanks again, Tim!
