I ordered some parts that were not in stock. Person on counter did not share with me that there would be a shipping charge. I found the parts at the dealer the very next morning. I called the store and asked if they could please cancel the order as I had found parts in stock at local dealer. Person on the phone said no problem we will cancel the order and we can refund the money. When I went to do the transaction on the counter, person on the counter proceed to tell me that they could not refund the shipping even though the parts were never shipped. My comment, ok I will then just take the parts and keep them as a spare. Counter person then explains to me that the parts were never brought in and that he could not refund the freight. Not happy with their policies, I thought all other customer should be aware of this when ordering parts that are not in stock.

Very unprofessional. Went in there yesterday and I asked questions about exhausts and the guy purposely takes me over to the worst “fart can” lol and says this would be more suited for me and asks me what size my exhaust tubing was and I had no idea off hand so then he pulls out a tape measure and measures the one he has in his hand and says “this one is a 2.5 inch exhaust, but I’m a real man and I build real engines so I would never use it.” In my head I’m thinking that’a really rude to say and I could have told him to come over to my house to have a look at some real actual E-MOD race cars with naturally aspirated 650horse power V8’s but no he continued on and said well next time you look at your car measure the exhaust if you even know how to use a tape measure. Very unprofessional people work there and they don’t have knowledge of what they’re talking about and they try to insult you to make them selves feel better.
