I ordered battery online. The guy who checked me out was rude, didn't see if I needed help bringing the battery to my car, and didn't even install it. When I wanted to return cause that was the whole point of me buying it from them he told me they don't return electronics. But when I checked the website batteries are not on the list for non-refundable items. So he was full of it! I will be contacting corporate cause his customer service was terrible.

i bought a lug wrench for 19.99 and bottle jack for for 29.99 to uninstall some tires, went to walmart to change tires and found out that the same products are for 11.99 and 22.99, 15$ cheaper both. Went back to return because they are overpriced and didn’t want to take them because i used one time.. i understood his point, but never come back because of the prices.

Pulled up on Tuesday July 2nd around 2:30 PM. White guy with piercings behind the counter has to have zero customer service skills. Incredibly rude and lazy, disrespectful. They would be better off if they grabbed a 5th grader from the street and put him behind the counter. 1st time at Advanced Auto Parts and the last as well.
