Don't come here for basics. The crew is woefully ignorant and/or incompetent. There's a few exceptions (Tabby and Sam), but overall I've had enough poor experiences where I will not go in unless I've purchased online and picking up.

Needed a broken stud remover. They did not have the type I needed. Ended up returning the one I bought from them.. I never used it.. didn't even take it out of the package. Got the correct one from O'Reilly about a block away. And it was a cheaper price. Advance needs advanced management.
