This company took $221.67 for a part I needed badly for my vehicle. Got a notification from my bank stating the transaction was approved. Advanced tells my mother that they were showing insufficient funds and my mother couldn't get the part. The manager asked for proof that the transaction went through and I sent the proof with their name on the transaction and got told it wasn't enough. The one doing the transaction thought it was a good idea to cancel the transaction having knowledge that the payment went through. then had the audacity to question my bank! As if my bank who I've been with for years has a reason to lie! I've called corporate twice and nothing has happened. I'm out of over $200 and no part. I'm pissed
