I came to get help to get windshield wipers on. I asked for help. They guy there had a bad attitude and asked why I didn't get it done at the store when I bought it. He took the old piece off the wiper, threw it, put the new one off and walked away. I asked do I owe you anything (I wanted to at least tip him) but he yelled no and stormed away. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but I do give kindness and at least expect the same.

I recently visited to get my car scanned because it was driving weird. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The associate at the front was unhelpful and seemed lazy. He handed me a dead car scanner and made an unprofessional comment to my boyfriend and me about not stealing it and to "just bring his shit back." This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with car issues.
