Stopped to have battery tested, After technician labored to check the battery he determined the battery might be bad But stated he could not install the new one because half the battery was under back hood ledge The signs all over the windows of the store clearly stated we install Batteries.did not state any exclusion They need to remove the sign or include exclusions Went to a different parts store technician tested and changed the battery without hesitation. Will not be back to this store very disappointed with the entire experience

Since my windshield wiper decided to fly off on a road trip I was in desperate need of a replacement. Unfortunately, due to the design the one I bought was not compatible. However, the guy who helped me was awesome. He knew enough to know to check the hook before he sold.me anything. The store had one in stock and he made sure it was attached properly. I will definitely be back!

I go wherever the parts I need are. Advanced has helped in the past and other times I wasn't impressed. Honestly advanced, auto zone, O'Reillys, pretty much the same to me. It's the quality of people that work there that can make or break someone's opinion. Advanced wasn't very helpful the last time I was there. Younger kids that didn't care to help, made that experience worthless. But the time before that I had a great experience. So it's not the parts that really stand out, it's who is representing advanced auto parts when you walk in that counts.

Jason the store manager doesn’t know the stores policies and argues with the customers even when proven wrong. As a former employee of advance auto, and a loyal customer of over 10 years, I will never go back to advance after my experience. I had to argue to get my core charges refunded on my credit card because I didn’t have the receipt but we were able to find the transaction under my phone number. I have many friends and family that work on their own vehicles and will not go to this store because of this guy specifically. Even to ensure that I was not mistaken, I called the 1-877-advance and they confirmed I was correct. Overall extremely displeased and will never go back.
