Found another store AAP can close. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Purchased a set of battery terminal clamps and when I got home and opened the blister pack I found that it contained two positive terminal clamps instead of the positive and negative clamps as marked on the package. Upon returning the miss packaged clamps I was informed I could not get my money back because I had sliced the blister and would have to accept store credit. I find it ludicrous that they sold defective junk and then had the nerve to get snotty about it when you try to return it.

ZERO STARS. I purchased a part from another store and looking to return it at Perkins ave store and the guy told me the guy who does returns isn’t in till tomorrow? Never heard anything like that. That’s why I don’t shop at advance auto. Lack of customer service

Ordered windshield wipers for pick-up. Gentleman who brought it out advised me they are sold singly, oops. Ordered another while he waited on a few other customers until my 2nd order showed in the system. Then he brought both out & had them installed in just a couple minutes. Service was quick and polite.
