Excellent facility they exemplify excellent customer service etiquette especially the manager. If you have an issue the manager will make sure your issue is resolved. When the store manager is there if there is something that his staff does not actually understand, he discreetly teaches them the process, in a very professional manner. I have suggested other females to go to this location for professional service, and they match prices also. They go that extra yard to make sure that your needs are met. I appreciate that because a large amount of businesses have lost that proactive and positive virtue regarding a customer. Thank you Advance Auto in Glendale heights for demonstrating that positive virtue.

Went in to get a new battery and to have them install. I asked them if they install batteries 1st. I was rudely told yes, like I was questioning their ability. Popped the hood and his words "oh, that's scary! I can't do that, there's a lot of components, I could fry your car". I turned around and walked out. Keep your attitude in check my friends!! Never will be back.
