Today I had a particularly helpful visit where an employee spent roughly 15 minutes or so helping me to return and then painstakingly help me search for the proper replacement wiper blades for a very particular European design that neither of us had seen before, and therefore took us a moment of problem solving to get the right fitting blade design. I believe the employee's name may have been Len, but his particularly helpful nature today in solving this weird issue led me to write this review despite the fact that I've always received great service at this location.

My car’s battery died the other day so I got a jump. While the car was still running, I called advanced auto parts to see if they would change my battery for me. Brian made sure he had the battery in stock because I wasn’t sure if the car would start again after I turned it off. Once I got there, he installed it for me and was so kind after a very rough day. I cannot share my appreciation enough!

The employees at this store mark up the prices, make sure you price check with other parts stores this store will be the highest ever I bought a rear seal for my truck for $38 he marked it down to $38 it was 80 something, I bought the same part from AutoZone for $6.95 this place is a scam, yesterday I bought some gear oil the price said $15 a bottle I took it to the counter and paid $19.98 a bottle, complete rip-off, at least pick a different advance Auto

I was sold a lawnmower battery for 232.76 for my 2013 Honda Fit. Next day I had to get my car towed to the dealership for repairs. Honda lied and told me I needed a new battery because that battery didn’t charge. I took the battery back the next day and was informed there was nothing wrong with my battery, except it being the wrong one for my car, and won’t be getting my money back!! I can go back another day, when the supervisor who took advantage of me, worked and try again. I will be getting ahold of the BBB and AG before I take them to small claims court. Just edited: I got ahold of corporate office. They contacted the store. They were so nice to swap out the lawn mower battery for one that fits my car!! No thank you!! I want my money back!! Don’t bother with this shady company!! Be warned!! Edit: I finally had a chance to get ahold of the BBB. I received a call less than 24 hr. I got a full refund. I believe the supervisor was a little indignant with my description of a lawn mower battery, lol. I honestly thought it was. However, it wasn’t the right one for my car and I shouldn’t have went through so much trouble.
