When I tell you ai will NEVER go to another auto parts store, I mean it. (Unless out of dire necessity, of course) The 2 gentlemen who were working when I dropped by on my way home we're not only kind and respectful but the gentleman who checked me out (pretty sure from the reciept his name is Sheldon L.) Offered me advice (without me even having to ask) and also answered another question I had about antifreeze. The topper is this.. I go outside to put the antifreeze and windshield fluid in myself and the cap to my windshield wipers fluid reservoir flies off down where I can't reach it. This gentlemen went OUT of his way to help me. NOT necessarily in his job description but definitely something he did without question. I firmly believe that this world would be a better place with more people like him. Just super grateful for people like them. Way to start the new year off right. Thank you so much to those gentlemen. Btw.. I have never felt the need to leave a review as bad as I did today. As I'm writing this review they literally are both out in the parking lot helping a guy with his engine troubles. I know Advance auto has certain things they help with but these guys are going above and beyond.

I just called the store and asked if a person worked there. They said they didn’t and the person on the phone disconnected the call. I called back and stated I still need help with the part and I still got hung up on won’t be getting my business anymore.

Had a great experience with Eric helping me out with a battery issue on my car. He tested it first to see where power was being lost and then replaced it on the spot. Incredibly helpful and would not hesitate to go in for future issues.

Mordecai SAVED MY LIFE today and helped me figure out windshield wipers in the middle of Hurricane Nichole’s rain this afternoon. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Incredibly kind and helpful. Will always use them in the future!!

Well, let me say that the employees at store 5750 have on multiple occasions gone above and beyond to help me solve my automotive mysteries. I drive a truck from the 80’s. Most people are not familiar with the parts I need and quite often the computers list the information wrong. Twice, the General manager and brand new employee Rashaud Jones, searched the back of the store and produced parts that the computer said was not in stock. They problem solved along with me and together we came up with solutions that got my truck back on the road. I miss people working with people. I miss people taking the time to care while doing their job. I come to this particular store because it’s staffed by people that actually help you. Not just run a cash register. They actually look like they’re ready to tackle what ever issue you have when you walk through the door. I recently heard a lot of these stores are closing down. I hope the people in power decide to keep this location open. The employees who work there certainly deserve that. Thank guys, if we all treated one another so well, what a world it could be.
