Great place to stop, was passing through. Josh the sales clerk was very knowledgeable, accommadating and extremely helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone for their automotive needs.

I feel this place isn’t fair. The manage was about to get fired then they throw the commercial manager under the bus so she can keep her job. We the commercial manager build this place up and got the sales up. The manager and the want to be assisted manager both has no clue on stuff there. They always ask the commercial manager how to do something or ring it in. When you say your military they don’t ask for ID they just take your word on it. So be careful when you go buy something there watch your receipt and keep it cause if you have a warranty for two years and you don’t have a receipt and they can’t find it they will call you a LAIR. That’s one reason the commercial manager got let go cause he refuse to call his commercial people a LAIR !!!!!!

The counter workers are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They go out of your way too help you pick exactly the right thing. I didn't cross check prices because the help they give is worth the difference, even if there is a difference.

I've been here several times, and they are polite and professional, but someone should teach them how the online sales work. If they're going to offer online sales, and in-store pickup, the people who work there should be able to answer questions, in regards to speed perks points and rebates.

Our alternator went out on our way to NYC. The staff here were very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They not only helped us find the problem, but loaned us tools and made sure our battery was charged when we were ready for it. Definitely made a hard time easier. They went above and beyond.
