Stood there for 20 minutes. They were two people helping one girl neither one of them asked me if I needed help. really bad service

Ordered a radiator online for my truck that said it was an exact fit. Removed my radiator but the radiator I bought was significantly shorter. Six inches shorter but online the more expensive radiator that says it's an exact fit too was six inches longer. I needed the longer radiator so I returned the short one I bought online and had $50 extra dollars to add to my refunded one to get the radiator I needed (since my truck was all apart)...that was Friday afternoon. The girl at the desk said I would have to purchase the new one separate because she couldn't refund the money because I ordered it online? Well, I didn't have an extra $269.00 plus tax so I had to leave with nothing even though they had the one I needed and I returned the one that was supposed to be an exact fit. Now it's Monday and no money has been returned to my bank account, truck is still waiting for a new radiator and it's Advance's FAULT but not one person there cared the least bit. See the pic I attached...how can a 28 1/4" radiator and a 34 1/8" radiator fit the same truck??? NOT HAPPY

Didn’t sell me the bracket I needed. Had it in stock and showed it to me. But didn’t honor my life time warranty. Then wouldn’t sell it to me period.

Career diesel/heavy equipment mechanic here, used to avoid this place like the plague due to the frankly ignorant people working there. Went in for the first time in years today as they were the only ones who had an alternator for my Ram 5500 in stock, and I needed the truck up asap as it’s my livelihood. The manager, unfortunately didn’t catch his name as I was in a hurry, was not only helpful, but ACTUALLY extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and parts. I was impressed, as normally parts counter guys cannot figure out a simple task without the computer telling them what to do step by step, and this guy communicated technical knowledge clearly and concisely WHILE training a new employee. I hope he sees this and gives himself the good ole POB. If they keep displaying this level of proficiency, I’ll gladly ditch my commercial account at Oreillys and move here.

I've lived in the area for over 8 years. Each and every time I visit, they treat me like a person (not an airbrain without a clue). It's refreshing, and I refuse to go anywhere else.

My truck was dead and it was raining. I pulled into this location to see if my problem was a battery or alternator. Since the two attendances were of no help, because it was raining, I purchased a battery and replaced it my self in their lot. The battery light was still lit up so I asked them to do a diagnostic test for the alternator, but they refused because it was raining. So the 20+ year old and 30 something year old couldn’t do anything while I, a 65 year old military Veteran, replaced the battery in the parking lot and ended up driving to my local parts store for the alternator test, which I purchased and installed myself within the next few hours. The two attendants at this location are wimps and non supportive of customers, but have the gaul to proudly display the Mexican flag in this store over every other nation in the world…where is the German flag, the UK flag, the Netherlands flag, the Korean flag, the Turkish flag, the Israeli flag, the Australian flag, or the other 5 country flags I was deployed to on behalf of our country…why only the Mexican flag in addition to our US flag? The older guy told me I was no longer allowed to enter “his” store because I disrespected the Mexican flag. Is this the Advance Auto stance against Americans.
