Went Into The Store Yesterday To See About Getting Some Windshield Wipers And Oil Just About Everything Was Gone... Anyway It Was Only 2 Workers At The Counter One Of Them Was Having A Long Personal Conversation With A Customer Who Was Done Picking Up His Part While The Other One Was Getting Parts For Another Customer. The Rest Of Us Customers Patiently Waited To Get Our Items Rung Up While The Worker And Customer Continued There Conversation 😒🤨😑 So I Politely Asked Were They The Only 2 Workers In The Store🤔🤔🤔 ATP I'm Ready To Go I Just Left... I See One Of The Reasons Why Y'all Getting Shut Down Too Much Talking With Customers About Absolutely Nothing

They're going out of business and it's easy to see why. Manager taped a sign stating they're closing at 6pm and doors will be locked at 5pm. That's fine and dandy, but I arrived at 4:32pm and they were already locked. Employee was unlocking to let people out and the three of us waiting outside beseeched information. Employee stated manager said to lock the doors "due to the 30 people in line". I was there for five additional minutes and four customers were let out. Simple math the line would've been gone in 40 minutes. I drove 30min to get to the nearest Advance. Not going to make that trip again only to possibly leave empty handed again. So long, farewell, it's time to say goodbye.

Very bad service here. I was in there Sunday August 11,2024. Your workers must not want to be there. They seemed so bored and tired! I bought what I needed but only because of convenience but I will never be back and I hope people will read this before they go and do the same. Good customer service is a must for me and my hard earned money should be taken with appreciation!!! Thank you and God bless and help you all.

Radiator I bought was poor quality tried to return under "lifetime" warranty for store credit or refund. Would only give me another poor quality radiator. Other parts stores will refund or give store credit. Will not be back.

Absolutely phenomenal service and knowledge! Everyone at this location shines! From front to back— drivers — each person has amazing customer service. They alway go above and beyond. For those commercial accounts— if you want the best representative this side of the Mississippi—ask for Joe Joe— he will treat you like royalty and bend over backwards for you. FYI— they can get heavy truck parts too— you owner ops— check them out!!
