I have been coming to this advanced auto since I got my license, so well over 15 years. Always have had a great experience, but this evening I had an amazing experience thanks to two great employees, Connor and Carl. They helped me find the correct LED headlights for my truck. Were patient enough well it took me at least 10 minutes to get my three gift cards to come up online. And then even made sure to inform me of the $20 rebates I received for purchasing the headlights. Absolutely the kind of customer service and general friendliness that keeps someone like myself coming back to , one store even though I have moved multiple times over the 15 years I will always make the drive to the Woodhaven Advanced auto !! Great job Connor and Carl, thank you so much for your help and conversation! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bob was amazing, I came in not knowing what windshield wipers to buy. He helped me pick them out. After I expressed not knowing how to install them he went out of his way & did so for me. What a wonderful man & thank you Bob for making my day.

I had a windshield wiper fly off in a snowstorm on my way to work. Bob opened the store early and put on my new windshield wipers for me. It was such a blessing. He was so professional and courteous. He won our business for a lifetime!

I think there's just a lot of places now that really don't emphasize on how important customer service actually is. I used to run a business pre-covid years and I can honestly say I got all my business from how well I connected to my customers. I came into the store, nobody said a word, I walked around for a few minutes looking at some items and noticed they don't have enough of exhaust parts other than tail pipes and flex pipes. Then noticed a Black woman with really nice nails 💅. She was nice when I made conversation and she was very helpful and promptly helped me as soon as I engaged and took the initiative to communicate. My experience I feel lacked a comfortable direct attention when first coming in but think maybe if people aren't so preoccupied with their phones that this could actually change and could promote more interests. She seemed very nice but the place was too quiet with little to no CSR skills utilized, respectfully.
