I an uber to this place for a battery, Young kid behind the counter I asked for the cheapest one, what he gave me was not correct (my fault) I uber back exchange it for the one I needed, The kid charged my card 2xs almost 400 dollars for a car battery ofcourse I called the store and my bank, The incompetent "manager" who was not there during the purchase insisted I was not double charged, THE CONCLUSION IS I CLOSED MY CARD T.D BTW, I SPEND 400 DOLLARS FOR THE CHEAPEST POS BATTERY THEY HAD LESS THEN 2 YEARS AGO NEEDLESS TO SAY THE BATTERY IS DEAD, AND NOW I NEED ANOTHER ONE! THANKFULLY AUTO ZONE KNEW THIS STORY AND BROUGHT IT TO MY HOUSE this morning, I ask NOBODY for anything, I buried my husband along with the majority of my family I taught myself how to do somethings,I put it in myself and have NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR A SERVICE BUT 2 PAY FOR THIS BATTERY 2XS AND ITS NOT 2 YEARS OLD AFTER 35 DOLLARS FOR UBER IS GUTTING!

Tried to order a battery from the website for instore pick up. The website wouldn't recognize my vehicle so I called the store and was told by one of the "managers" he doesn't use the website for his job and therefore can't help me. Finally placed the order online for 30 min pick up to find out I needed to wait 2 hrs for my confirmation email. Terrible policy, terrible employees, terrible customer service. Go anywhere else but here.

This place is friendly and knowledgeable. I went there to have my car battery tested and it was on the low end of the charge and they said they would charge it for free! How great is that.

Told me parts were in stock…ordered them and waited 5 hours for them to tell me theyre coming from Pennsylvania…Then employee hung up on me and does not care that I need the parts today to fix a customers car…Terrible service they need new drivers and management severely
