Attitude was inopropriate. Throws pen to me to sign a return reciept. My car broken down at night i needed a car battery and tools to use to swap car battery. I Returned tools nxt day different store. He asked why return? I dont need them, i said. Counter guy was annoyed for some reason. Unprofessional conduct.

What an excellent hassle free experience. I was in need of new wiper blades and Jim at Advance Auto was kind enough to search for a hard to find wiper blade and then took the time to make sure they fit and installed them. I was in and out in 10minutes. I've owned over 25cars in my lifetime and have been to dozens of auto parts stores. This was the first time a sales associate took it upon themself to find a suitable solution and ensure they fit rather than point me in the direction of an aisle and tell me what model to look for. I highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service!

If I could give this place less then one star I would. I don't like to write these reviews in fact I could count on one hand the amount I have written. But I have had too many terrible experiences from this place. From waiting forever for someone to get behind the counter to actually having what u need. I have gone to get parts for my car and had to go back three times just for them to get it right. It's over priced and you could order the prt you need on Amazon and get it just as fast as they could for half the price. Stay away stay far away.
