Had seen the signs that they did Fluid Filming, called, was able to get right in. The owner did a fantastic job spraying my truck, did it like he was doing his own. I've already recommended him to a couple friends. I imagine he puts the same effort into automotive repairs. Top notch shop

I broke down on a cold, windy evening and after getting nowhere trying to figure out why the car that was purring along just beautifully all day just up and shut off while I was driving, illuminating the "security" light or "immobilizer" light. There was no overheat, temp was normal. No idiot lights came on (engine, oil, battery, etc.--just one second purring right along and the next second kaput. I spent well over an hour looking things up on-line to see if there was anything I could do to no avail. I'm at a total loss as to what happened. So, I had to call for a tow. A passerby recommended Added Touch so that was my first call. The owner answered the phone, asked me a couple of quick questions, and said he'd be on his way. It couldn't possibly have been even a half hour since I called and there he was,...the owner rolling up in his tow truck! He exited the truck and greeted me while preparing the car for a wheel-lift tow. After the car was ready for towing we got in the tow truck and continued chatting. It was one of those times where you just feel like you've known someone all your life. Upon arrival at my house he placed the car exactly where it needed to be and put it back on the ground. He charged me a very fair and reasonable price for the tow and I had to breathe a sigh of relief because it's nothing for a tow driver to charge 200.00 plus for a 7 mile tow! I told him that he has definitely gained a new customer today because of how friendly, professional, and reasonable he was.

Found these guys (and gal) when our mechanic retired. They are cut from the same cloth; no splashy advertisements, no cappuchino machine in the waiting room, just quality repairs, when they promise it, and at a price that won't break the bank. These folks are great.

Such an amazing family business! My boyfriend and I are from out of town and fortunately broke down 5 minutes from this repair shop and 15 minutes from where we were headed! The very nice owner, son, and daughter helped us and went above and beyond for us. They towed us to their shop, then offered to drive us to our location, placed our kayaks inside their garage so nobody would think about taking them, fixed the car the very next day while driving all over the place to find the parts they needed to fix the car, drove the car to us to pick us up, and then helped us put the kayaks back on our car. It was such an AMAZING experience and I highly recommend this repair shop!! AND we were expecting the total price of repair to be high but it was really inexpensive and saved us a hole in our pocket. 😁
