I receive great service from AAMCO since I've been doing business with them. The technicians and there managers Wesley Marques are very professional and understanding. I like the way the take out time to clearly listen to me and willing to help me out.

They fixed my car for a week that cost me $1660 on battery; Alternator and coolant pipe. After I took my car and paid them, I realized that there is no AC in my car when I was going to drive back to New Jersey and I called them in the same hour of time. They told me to bring my car back to them. I returned to their store. They didn't put back the Freon when they installed the alternator. They told me to leave my car 1 more day cuz the weather is getting cold and their Freon is out! In the end I needed to work with my car and they suggested me to go to East Brunswick branch to fix my Freon. Friend of mine heard my car has no Freon and he told me he can help me on this. When he open my car and look he told me the front of my car air filter system is loose because Aamco didn't put the screws back after they changed the battery! Furthermore he checked the alternator he said they had changed the new one but the splash shield they took out without putting back. I'm very disappointed about the services provided. Update review! I picked up my car on Oct 1,2024. On Oct 28,2024 yesterday My car was suddenly disabled at the highway. The police came and helped! It was very cold in the morning and my car battery totally died in an hour( no lights even the emergency lights are not blinking) when I was waiting for the towing to come to pull my car away! So dangerous my situation was the police told cuz was on the highways! They towed my car and I had to spend 251 dollars on the towing service! I told the towing guy that my car had just changed the battery and alternator not even a month ago. Then he tried to jumpstart my car and my car works again! The towing guy told me the Battery they installed was loose. A waste of 251 for towing and my time! In addition, I realize they don't put my front engine splash shield back when they are done fixing and checking my car. I neglected to check my car when picking my car up because I trusted their service provided! And ended up with my car's screws; splash shield under and sides are missing too. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the services provided by Aamco Ralph Ave in Brooklyn.

AAMCO Ralph did an excellent job on my car I had to replace my whole transmission both Nakita and Wesley stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. The professionalism between the workers and staff is phenomenal. If I have any issues or repairs I'm not hesitating to bring my vehicle to them.

Nakita was amazing. Her energy was beautiful from the time I walked in the door. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to ask all the questions so that my vehicle could be properly diagnosed. She was transparent about the process and gave me all the information I needed to know right from the beginning. Nothing was a surprise. I am truly satisfied with the services received at AAMCO. recently visited AAMCO to have my car checked, and even though I didn’t end up getting any work done, I was truly impressed by their professionalism and honesty. Nakita and Wesley took the time to talk to me about my vehicle and provided a clear explanation on the next steps I should take for my Ram 1500 without pressuring me into unnecessary repairs!

Thanks to Wesley and Nakita for holding me down 2013 Lexus.. I initially came in for a transmission rebuild. I’ve been working closely with Mr Westley to resolve this issue & today I picked up my car and is driving well.
